Modern Kitchen and Great Room Remodel in Morris County New Jersey

This home Morris County New Jersey home, built in 1992, had a kitchen with lacquer cabinets and laminate countertops which was a modern look at the time. Twenty years later, the new owner wanted her own vision and version of a modern kitchen. Hall Bathroom Makeover Remodel in Randolph, New Jersey

New owners of this 45 year old home in Morris County wanted to have some work completed before they moved in. On that list was the original hall bathroom. It was outdated, in disrepair, and there were indications of rotted wood in the outer wall and floor. The project is a direct replacement, hall bathroom makeover project. The existing bathroom was gutted to the studs. Rotted wood was replaced and the outer wall was insulated. The new fixtures were placed in the same locations as the previous. Bedroom Suite Add-A-Level Addition in Somerset County

This family needed an in-law suite for their colonial style home in Hillsborough, New Jersey. The space over the garage was a perfect location for the bedroom suite. The project included a large bedroom with a sitting area, two closets, and a roomy, three-fixture bathroom. before renovation work (3)This 100+ year old Shore Colonial home located in Long Branch, New Jersey was flooded during Super Storm Sandy. Job one was the tear out of the ruined material followed by the drying and spraying of anti-fungals. Next, the basic renovation needed to get the home back to habitable. This work included new hardwood floors, electrical wiring, insulation, drywall, moldings, plus heating and air conditioning units with vent ducts. Continue reading
