Additionally, saunas have a lot of health benefits. Since a sauna has increased heat, it causes your blood vessels to dilate, which promotes healthy blood flow around your body. The heat also makes you sweat, causing anything unnecessary or harmful to leave your body. It’s actually a good idea to spend some time in a sauna if you are sick with something like a cold or the flu.
