New owners of this 45 year old home in Morris County wanted to have some work completed before they moved in. On that list was the original hall bathroom. It was outdated, in disrepair, and there were indications of rotted wood in the outer wall and floor.

The project is a direct replacement, hall bathroom makeover project. The existing bathroom was gutted to the studs. Rotted wood was replaced and the outer wall was insulated.
