5-1/3 shredded coconut (14oz Bag)
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla
mini choc chips
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Add about 1/2 bag chocolate chips(more if desired).
3. Drop by spoonful 1 inch apart onto well greased cookie sheet or parchment paper.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
5. Remove immediately using a spatula coated with cooking spray.
