• Measure service including photos and project checklists – $500 (required for ALL DBP design projects unless fully supplied by a qualified third party)

  • OPTIONAL Phase Two service from DBP:
    • Review showroom product selections for color and style
    • Review all remodeler and/or trades person proposals
    • Update computer as reasonably requested before and during the project
    • Attend two major jobsite meetings – kickoff and substantial completion walk through
    • Periodic jobsite visits and share photography
    • Mini reports
    • Approval for next payment to be released, or suggested to be held for cause
    • Review changes orders for accurate scope and fair pricing
    • Post project warranty inspection at 11 and 23 months after completion
    • COST: 12% of the overall project amount (10% if a DBP remodeler is hired) based upon a minimum $50K project investment.

    
    DBP project oversight – cost PLUS 25:
