Ingredients and portions:
- 100 Grams of Fiber One Pancake Mix
- 75 Grams of Chobani Non Fat Greek Yogurt
- 2 packets of Splenda
- ½ cup of Almond Milk
- ¼ cup of Egg Whites
- 8 Grams of Jello Fat Free Pudding Mix
- 5 Grams of Baking Powder
- 1 scoop of protein (Non Casein Blend Preferable, but not required)
In a bowl, add sugar free Jello Pudding Mix and Pancake Mix. Next, add the Chobani. Follow this up with the addition of the level scoop of protein, baking soda, and sugar packet. Begin to stir. The mixture will be very thick. Slowly add in the almond milk and egg whites while stirring. Mixture should maintain a semi-solid consistency. Add cinnamon powder or a finger of vanilla extract if desired. Pour onto a hot oven pan and flip when the top begins to bubble.
