The existing Colts Neck, NJ home had the benefit of a large kitchen space with 9′ high ceilings, but the homeowners definitely did not have the dream kitchen they wanted. This project included custom designer cabinetry from Royal Cabinets, a 200 square foot elevated sunroom conservatory, and oversized floor tile throughout the kitchen, sunroom, foyer and hall.
The new kitchen features professional grade Viking appliances from Top Line, a refrigerator built into the previously framed pantry area, a work station for shared use, and an inviting dry bar. The waterfall island creates a great prep and serving area, but also helps block the view of kitchen’s work space from the entry foyer.
The craftsmanship was from Chris Stephens Design Build.
