More and more frequently, the Design Build Planners have been encountering clients that are having multiple generations of a family living in the same home. In this case, it was an older relative moving into the home. To accommodate, a first floor in law suite addition was to be added. The Design Build Planners were hired to create the designs. To the right is a dollhouse overview of the addition. Samuels Construction is building and managing the project.
