How To Whiten Teeth Naturally

How to whiten teeth naturally - Organic Gurlz Gardens Fort Wayne Indiana (1)Hi There, Fellow Gardeners!

This is AnnahMarie.

Today, Organic Gurlz Gardens of Fort Wayne, Indiana will be sharing information on How To Whiten Teeth Naturally.

Almost everyone is worried, rightfully so, about purchasing toothpaste and “whiting” strips from retailers for it may affect the enamels strength.

Once the enamel is gone, it is gone for GOOD! The enamel does not “grow” back.

Steer clear of the artificial approach!

Acquire a glossy and glistening finish on those pearly whites, naturally.

Brushing teeth:

How to whiten teeth naturally - Organic Gurlz Gardens Fort Wayne Indiana One of the most obvious ways to keep teeth spotless, brushing your teeth is frequently “dropped” out the window. Before you scamper to work in the morning or get ready to zoink out in bed, take the time out too brush those choppers.

We at Organic Gurlz Gardens discovered through research that brushing your teeth 2 times a day for at least 2 minutes can brighten your smile in a matter of weeks.

Grab your toothbrush off the bathroom sink and place it on a pedestal – this “brush” deserves recognition.

Orange peel:

Embarrassed about having “tinted” color teeth when you have company?

Although rubbing an orange rind on your gums might not seem a-peel-ling at first, this method is notable for turning the “radiant dial” up on your teeth.

We at Organic Gurlz Gardens just take a rind and rub on our teeth and gums.

We try not to apply to much pressure: this may cause bleeding.

Just make sure you try this technique before you have guests over. (You might receive some very strange expressions!)

Oil pulling ~ Mommy’s Favorite Practice:

If you aren’t familiar with oil pulling, it is simply swishing oil (customarily sesame or coconut oil) in the mouth for a period of time (around 5-20 minutes) and then spitting it out in the trash. It is said to help reduce plaque.

This method works well for my Mom, Becca, as you can see in our photo!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 20-30 drops of essential oil (peppermint, cinnamon, clove, etc. – check with a physician or midwife if you are pregnant.)

Instructions:

  • Melt the coconut or sesame seed oil until just barely liquid.
  • Remove from heat and add essential oils.
  • Pour into silicon candy molds and put in the fridge or freezer to harden.
  • When done, remove the “pulls” from molds and store in a jar.
  • Use one per day as needed for oil pulling.

Remember to distribute these items around the house! From bathroom sink to the kitchen table, our few (simple) ideas might just add a bit of sparkle to your teeth.
