Design Build Planners is seeking a part time, virtual assistant to contact and coordinate with homeowners via phone and email. There is no cold calling or telemarketing involved. These are homeowners that either have met with, contacted, or requested information from the Design Build Planners or Remodelers in the DBP Preffered Network.
Compensation includes hourly pay, expense reimbursement, and bonus opportunity. Candidates can live anywhere in the United States. Amount of hours per week, days and times of work are all flexible and negotiable.
- Work experience with a residential remodeling company (preferable) or an extensive background in customer service dealing with homeowners.
- Computer competency and experience with data entry and schedule management
- Good organizational skills
- A positive attitude
- Must own a smart phone
- Must own a computer (desk top, laptop, or tablet) with internet access
