Hall Bathroom Makeover Remodel in Randolph, New Jersey

New owners of this 45 year old home in Morris County wanted to have some work completed before they moved in. On that list was the original hall bathroom. It was outdated, in disrepair, and there were indications of rotted wood in the outer wall and floor.

The project is a direct replacement, hall bathroom makeover project. The existing bathroom was gutted to the studs. Rotted wood was replaced and the outer wall was insulated. The new fixtures were placed in the same locations as the previous. The product selections were modest, yet stylish.

The double sink vanity features a Caesarstone top with undermount sinks and single lever faucets with a brushed nickel finish. The floor tile has a matching base tile trim. The fully tiled tub and shower walls are complete with corner shelves.

The project was designed and developed by the Design Build Planners. Fixtures and vanity were from General Plumbing Supply. The tile was from Best Tile in Keyport New Jersey. The craftsmanship was from ProSkill Construction. Below are some of the photos from the hall bathroom makeover remodel.
