Back to GalleryThis 1969 colonial home needs a facelift for the new homeowners before they move in. The project entails repositioning the existing bathroom, dressing area, walk-in closet, and hall closet to achieve the space required for the five-fixture master bathroom that they want.
UPDATE NOTE: Due to extended wood rot from termite damage the adjacent hall bathroom remodel was moved up to be done with the master bathroom project.
The project design and development is by the Design Build Planners. ProSkill Construction, a DBP Preferred Remodeler, is building the project.
