The Monmouth County homeowners had an exquisite home, but they desired to improve upon their deck space, leave the builders grade stairs behind. Thus, the Design Build Planners were hired for the design and development.

Below is a complete scope of the exterior remodeling project.

  • Remove existing landing and stairs

  • Build new deck approximately 14’6” wide x 12’ deep

  • Treated framing

  • PVC decking

  • White PVC railing

  • Permacast columns to match existing covered area

  • Straight run stairs

  • Mount swing under deck

  • LED lighting

  • Rain catcher system to keep patio area below protected from rain
