Here are the second level stages of our design and development for an addition project that includes a master suite and a 3-car garage. Plan # 4 is budget focused. Plan # 5 greatly extends the budget, but includes the homeowners wish list upgraded options: stone on foundation, new front porch and entry, dramatic window plan, and spiral stairs to a library loft.
Perhaps the most unique part of this design and development is that the Design Build Planners have never been to the home or spoken to the homeowners. This was done from the three exterior pictures shown, the property survey, an owner-supplied sketch of the existing floor plans, and some notes from the remodeling company.
