This raised level home has a small kitchen and dining room. The Design Build pros team offered an option to add a peninsula and keep a separate table and eating area. The alternative option features a dine-at island in place of the table. In this design we also closed off the kitchen doorway to make for a better work space.
This Monmouth County home was severely damaged by flooding with Superstorm Sandy. The home, situated just off the Shrewsbury River, has a fabulous view. The planned renovation involves rebuilding the 1st floor living space at a 6′ higher elevation. The new space is designed to suit the wants and needs of the homeowners.
