This the owner of this Monmouth County, NJ 20-year old modest ranch house wanted a new kitchen for her Eatontown, NJ home, but also room to entertain. She had one other request: “A little WOW factor, please!” Because of property setback lines we were only able to have an 8′ rear addition to the family room and kitchen in our design plan. That would eliminate the deck. We also added 75 square feet to the side of the existing laundry room to make it a mudroom and pantry as well. The new deck is to be off the new mudroom, alongside the kitchen addition.
The design and development work was by the Design Build Planners. The project will be built by Mark of Excellence.
