The Somerset County, New Jersey homeowners wanted to build a one story addition behind the existing kitchen. The kitchen addition was approximately 200 square feet with a 9′ high ceiling. In this project, the kitchen window, wall cabinets to the left of the window, and wall from the window to patio door needed to be removed. Furthermore, the existing countertop and backsplash needed to be removed and replaced.
