This Middletown, New Jersey homeowners had a goal of add as much elegant living space as possible and provide optimum views of both the river and ocean. In order to accommodate, the project called for a design and built of a complete add-a-level and interior renovation which included a new kitchen and a 2^nd floor terrace for this client.
