The added space portion of the project involves a guest suite addition, two new bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom, and a 3rd floor office, powder room, and ocean view roof decks. The remodeling portion includes a kitchen, master bathroom, hall bathroom, powder room, PLUS updates in all the other room! The exterior makeover boasts a masonry patio, overhang, and outdoor kitchen as well as new stucco and entry way.
This Monmouth County home was severely damaged by flooding with Superstorm Sandy. The home, situated just off the Shrewsbury River, has a fabulous view. The planned renovation involves rebuilding the 1st floor living space at a 6′ higher elevation. The new space is designed to suit the wants and needs of the homeowners.
