In this scenario, the DBP team never visited the home! The homeowner had a meeting scheduled with a remodeler and mason. Prior to the meeting, she wanted to be able to show them a design that “captured her vision”. The Design Build Planners were able to recreate the entire home from homeowner supplied photos/property survey as well as photos that were found online. Over the course of a phone consultation and web meeting with the client, Design Build Planners were able to quickly produce a design that the homeowner loved, and the remodeler/mason found extremely helpful.
