This home was damaged beyond repair and will be knocked down and rebuilt as a result of Superstorm Sandy. 

The new home first floor will be 3-4 feet higher than it was originally to comply with new flood zone mapping. The home is designed for a couple with adult children, and features a 1st floor master suite and guest bedrooms on the 2nd floor.

The plan leaves the option to partition off the second floor to save on heat when the guest rooms are not occupied, as well as the option to partition off the second floor to finish at a later date (finishing the first floor and exterior as phase 1).
