The Essex County clients wanted to renovate their basement. They hired Design Build Planners to create designs for the basement remodel. A dollhouse overview can be seen on the right.
In these designs, we show the design option of leaving the ceiling unfinished and spray painting the floor joist above white or black. We prefer black because we think it gives the better feeling of extra height. Plus painting it white on an old home like this as people walk across on the first floor dust and dirt from crevices will make the white look dirty quickly. See which you prefer in the CAD!

- Wet bar without seating. Tile on rear wall
